“A leader sees greatness in other people. You can’t be much of a leader if all you see is yourself. Only equals make friends. A man or woman who sees other people as whole and prepared and accords them respect and the same rights has arranged his or her own allies." Maya Angelou
Violetta is interested in leadership that seeks to be transformative, shift conscious awareness and be about more than itself. Sometimes this is called integral leadership, spiritual awareness or eldership. This kind of leadership is not about the individual, but about how we create space for the leader in all of us to emerge when it is needed, and how we create the space for that leader to act. This is a participatory leadership that is collaborative, and recognizes that we are not always the right leader for all times.
Leadership requires wisdom and eldership. Violetta has many years experience in leadership roles and has coached many leaders or group leads to unearth their wisdom, whatever their age or level of experience, to identify their unique skills and gifts. Her aim is to help people draw out their innate leadership abilities and to bring out the best in themselves.
