"Violetta Ilkiw has a humble, honest, and authentic approach to facilitating group process. She enters the
work with genuine curiosity and deep respect for the wisdom and experience of groups and group
members. She facilitates new learning and travels alongside us as we discover more about how to be our
best selves in work that we are deeply committed to. I learn so much from the diversity of experience that
Violetta has in community development and process work and consider her a mentor and partner in
practicing authentic leadership. "
